Brown Bread, Yogurt, Strawberries!

Wholewheat Toast (without the jam!)

Grapes and Pasta, Fine Roast Lamb!

Sprouts and Swede and Beans!

Melons, Lemons, Nectarines!

Any vegetable that's green!
